A fast and healthy meal , full of flavors for your busy days.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and mix all the spices together.
Add half to the chicken and save the other half.
Add the yogurt, oil, vinegar, half the garlic and ginger and marinate for 2 hours or best over night.
In a pan with some oil brown the chicken from all sides on high heat (no need to cook completely just get some color on the chicken).
In a pot add some oil then add the mustard seeds. When they start to pop add the onions and saute for a minute.
When the onion start to color add the rest of the spices and the rest of ginger and garlic then add tomato paste.
When the bottom of the pot starts to brown a little add the canned tomato and season with salt and pepper then add the chicken.
Let it simmer over low heat for 20 minutes till the chicken is cooked through.
Add the cream and yogurt then garnish with fresh coriander and serve with basmati rice.
