One of my family’s favourite is this rich & dreamy croissant butter & white chocolate pudding.
Layer the croissants in an ovenproof dish & sprinkle golden sultanas.
Melt 3 tbsp of butter and drizzle over croissants.
Bring cream & milk to a simmer, add 1⁄4 cup of Hershey’s white chocolate chips & allow to melt.
Whisk the above & then add slowly to milk mixture while whisking.
Pour the mixture through a sieve over the croissants let it soak into the croissants. Bake at 180 degrees C till almost done.
Melt 2 tbsp f apricot jam till smooth. Remove the pudding & brush jam over the top of croissants, dust with icing sugar & let it brown till golden under the grill.
Remove from oven dust again with icing sugar decorate with lavender.
Serve as is or with with custard/ice cream.
