Simple comfort food to match any weekday and the best part, it can be done in 30 minutes.
Add all the meatball ingredients to a food processor.
Mix together until well blended.
Shape into 2 inch balls and stir fry or bake under a broiler.
Turn on all sides to ensure they are perfectly golden in colour.
Set aside until ready to use.
In a separate pot, add oil, onion, chilli and tomato paste and puree.—Stir together until it starts to boil.
Add the hot water and bring to a boil.
Now add the meatballs, previously cubed and fried potatoes, salt and pepper.—Reduce the heat to a low, cover the pot and allow to summer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with white rice or pota bread and a green salad
