I just love to find a great excuse to bake these chewy M&Ms cookies. They’re just yummy!
Mix the butter with the sugars well then add the vanilla and eggs.
Mix till well combined.
Sift the dry ingredients then add it to the wet.
Mix until no flour remains.
Add the semi sweet chocolate chips and mix.
Divide into pieces using a tsp. measure then roll each into a ball.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then place them on a baking tray 2 inch apart and press some m&ms onto each one.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes middle rack.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before you store them in an airtight container.
You can freeze them in zip sealed bags after they are rolled and cooled in the fridge.
Just take them out of the freezer 20 minutes before baking as instructed above.
