This dish is popular in the homes of Indian families and it’s usually served for lunch on Eid.
Marinate the mutton with above ingredients except fried onion. Keep in fridge for 1⁄2 hour.
Now take oil in the pan and add 1⁄2 tsp jeera. Then add Mutton and stir well.
Cover and cook on very slow flame until the mutton becomes soft and tender.
No need to add water. This mutton cooks it’s own water.
When completely done add fried onion. Mix well and cook another 5 min.
Lastly add chopped coriander and mint.
Serve with naan, roti or rice.
