Pumpkin, Fall, Halloween all at once. This is a very classy donut with very classy flavors.
Mix the dry then add the wet them mix till combined.
Divide into the doughnut pans sprayed with oil.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Using a stand or hand mixer with peddle attachment.
Whip the butter till pale and creamy add vanilla and 1 cup sugar at a time them mix.
Finally add the coffee maple syrup and mix well.
To pipe the butter cream use the star tip and fill the center of the doughnut then start making small stars around the top and sides to get this evil hat shape.
I used cloves for the eyes.
The pipettes are filled with coffee maple syrup sauce (inject your doughnut before taking a bite, just to be safe).
