One of the amazing recipes I picked up in Turkey was this deceiving bulgur kofta. The balls are made out of bulgur and delicious spices, cooked then topped with sautéed spinach with olive oil, pomegranate and pine seeds.
Traditional lasagne is layered with a herb seasoned tomato and meat sauce and three kinds of cheese. This recipe has the perfect balance between layers of lasagne sheets, two different sauces and cheese, it’s just perfection!
